Harford's Sixty-EIGHTH Annual Commencement Ceremonies

The stage is set, and we are ready to honor Harford's Class of 2026 and share this celebration with you. The Commencement ceremony recognizes all December 2025 graduates and May and August 2026 candidates for graduation in each of the College’s associate degree and certificate programs.

Congratulate our graduates and celebrate with us—they have accomplished so much.

Overview

Harford's commencement ceremonies are held May 21, 2026, at 10 AM and 2 PM in the APGFCU Arena at Harford Community College for graduates of the following divisions:

10 AM ceremony for graduates of the Arts and Humanities and the Behavioral and Social Sciences divisions.
2 PM ceremony for graduates of the Business and Applied Technology, Nursing and Allied Health Professions, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math divisions.

Guests

Guests are welcome and encouraged to attend in-person. No tickets are required and seating is first-come, first-served. The ceremonies are both live-streamed and recorded with links provided on this page closer to the event date.

Beautiful long-stem roses will be available for sale before each Commencement ceremony. $5–$20. All proceeds benefit scholarships for Harford Community College Students.

Commencement Ceremony: Arts and Humanities and Behavioral and Social Sciences: MAY 21 |  10 AM | APGFCU Arena, Live-Stream for 10 AM (link will be added)
Commencement Ceremony: Business and Applied Technology, Nursing and Applied Health Professions, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math: MAY 21  |  2 PM | APGFCU Arena, Live-Stream for 2 PM (link will be added)

The following will provide you some helpful information as you prepare for the upcoming event at our venue.

PARKING: Parking is free. Simply park in a lined space, and if you park in an accessible parking space, you must have the appropriate hangtag displayed. Click here for a campus parking map .
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Please take note of the following items which are NOT permitted in the Arena. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.
1. Balloons, confetti, rice, or noisemakers
2. Outside food or beverage
3. Folding chairs/ stadium seats
4. Strollers
5. Knives, pepper spray, or weapons of any kind
6. Please, no taping signs to Arena walls
Tobacco and Smoke Free Campus: Please remember that Harford Community College is a SMOKE-FREE/ TOBACCO-FREE campus. This includes the Arena, around the Arena, and our parking lots.
Accessibility: The Arena provides a convenient drop off and pick up area at the main entrance of the Arena for guests. There is an elevator in the Arena if you wish to use it. Please contact the Arena ahead of time (443-412-2189) with any accessibility requests, concerns, or questions.
