As a Business Development Associate for Harford County’s Office of Economic Development, Bonnie assists small businesses of all stages by acting as a conduit to local, state, federal, and non-profit resources. In addition, she administers the county’s small loan fund and Workforce Technical Training Grant, while also hosting a Small Business Essentials workshop series to provide educational seminars on varying topics to small business owners.

Bonnie will be leading a breakout session on funding opportunities to start and grow your business.

Kaitlin is also an adjunct professor at University of Baltimore School of Law where she has taught trademark law since 2018. Kaitlin will be leading a breakout session on various legal topics to consider when opening or expanding your small business.
