Volunteers are needed for performances as Front of House Ushers and, as requested, backstage parents. Each Front of House Usher volunteer is invited to see the show and bring a guest with a complimentary ticket. All volunteers must apply and be screened with a background check. SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2026
“HARRIET’S HAPPIEST HALLOWEEN”

Directed by: Tigga Smaller and Alex Hill

Harford Dance Theatre will hold auditions for Harriet’s Happiest Halloween on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

Auditions will be held at the Susquehanna Dance Studio [Room 212] on the campus of Harford Community College.

Performance Dates: October 9 -11, 2026.

** Please note you must be available each evening the week of October 3–8 for Tech Rehearsals.**

**Rehearsals are generally on Sundays until we get closer to show times. Please bring a list of ALL conflicts to auditions.

Dancers 13 years of age and older may audition.

Dancers should wear appropriate dance attire and bring dance shoes for all styles of dance for which they wish to be considered. Combinations will be taught at the audition.

Auditions will be held at the Susquehanna Dance Studio located at Entrance #2 on the HCC Campus.

Performance dates Friday, December 4 - Sunday, December 6, 2026- Rehearsals are on Saturdays. Please bring a list of known conflicts.- Please note, you must be available Saturday and Sunday November 28, 29 and each evening the week of 11/30 – 12/3 for Tech Rehearsals.

Dancers Ages 6-8 with a Minimum of 1 Year Dance Training
Registration: 10:00 AM
Audition: 10:30–11:30 AM
Please wear leotard, tights, solid color skirt/shorts, ballet shoes.

Dancers Ages 9-11 with a Minimum of 1 Year Dance Training
Registration: 11:00 AM
Audition: 11:30–1:00 PM
Please wear leotard, tights, solid color skirt/shorts, ballet shoes. If you are interested in auditioning for a tap piece, bring your tap shoes.

Dancers Ages 12+ with a Minimum of 3 Years Dance Training
Registration: 12:30 PM
Audition/Class: 1:00–2:30 PM

Please wear leotard, tights, solid color skirt/shorts, ballet/pointe shoes. If you are interested in auditioning for a tap piece, bring your tap shoes.

**Some dancers may be asked to stay for a second audition time.**
